Mis Aventuras is a bilingual children's book written by Brenda Dinorah González and illustrated by JavierFlores. The book travels through time and seasons of a young migrant girl. The stories bounce from place to place as she moved to find work with her family. It depicts her adventures of mischief and delight while being part of a migrant family. As one of the youngest of twelve children she was too young to work in the fields; she found herself enjoying the migrant life and embracing every moment of it, even if she ended up getting hurt most of the time. Her family would jokingly call her Dolores, because something always seemed to get hurt.
